Rapid Transformational Therapy

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a way of finding out why you think, feel and react the way you do, and then changing it.

It combines hypnosis, CBT, NLP and timeline therapy. In hypnosis you're relaxed but fully aware, which lets us reach the subconscious mind, where many of our beliefs and habits are stored. Most of those beliefs were formed in childhood, long before we could question them.

We look for the moment a pattern began and what you decided about yourself then. We understand it, release what no longer serves you, and give your mind a new, more supportive direction. You also leave with simple tools to keep the change going.

What is the science behind it?

Your brain is not fixed. Neuroplasticity is its ability to form new connections and reorganise itself in response to experience, throughout life. Neurons that fire together wire together, which is how a belief or habit becomes automatic. It's also why a new pattern can be built.

Many of our deepest beliefs were formed in early childhood, before the thinking part of the brain had developed enough to question them. They then run quietly in the background, shaping how we feel, react and lead, without our noticing.

Hypnosis gives us a way to reach them. Researchers at Stanford University scanned people under hypnosis and found changes in brain areas linked to focus, to awareness of what's happening in the body, and to the link between the two. In other words, hypnosis is a real and measurable state of focused attention, not a trick.

In RTT, I use that state to help you understand where a belief began, release what no longer serves you, and give your mind a new direction. Combined with CBT, NLP and timeline therapy, it works at the level of the pattern, not only the symptom.

How can RTT Hypnotherapy help you?

Many of us are living at a pace that leaves little room to breathe. Poor sleep, constant worry, low mood and feeling flat can build quietly, even when life looks fine from the outside.

Support from your GP or other professionals matters, and hypnotherapy can work alongside it. What I offer is a different way in. We look beneath the symptoms for what may be driving them: a belief or idea that took hold in your subconscious mind, often in your early years, and has been running ever since.

Together we bring those beliefs into the light, understand them, and release what no longer serves you. Then I give you practical tools so the change keeps going when you leave the room.

Many of my clients come to me for sleep, stress, anxiety, confidence and the feeling of being held back. Whatever brings you here, we start with one question: what's driving this?

How much does it cost?

How much does it cost?

Every journey starts with a conversation. I'd rather you know exactly what you're getting before you decide.

Step 1: Your Intro Session, £90 (1 hour)
We talk through what's going on, begin to uncover what may be driving it, and map out what change could look like for you. You leave with clarity, and you'll know whether we're a good fit.

Step 2: Your Transformation Package, £1,500 to £6,000
This is where the real change happens. Each package is built around you and combines RTT and coaching, so we understand the root of the pattern, release it, and put new habits and tools in place to keep it going. The price depends on what you need and how deep you want to go. We agree it together after your intro session.

Single RTT sessions, £450 to £600
If you'd prefer a single session, these range from £450 to £600, depending on whether we meet in London, Tunbridge Wells or on Zoom.

Life Coaching

Who would benefit from coaching?

Most people come to coaching at a crossroads. A big transition is coming, or already here: a relationship ending, a career change, a fresh start somewhere new, a role that no longer fits. You can see the options and still can't choose between them.

Often it isn't the decision itself that's holding you back. It's what's driving how you feel about it. Fear of getting it wrong, of letting people down, of starting again. Those fears usually come from old beliefs, and they can quietly wear away your confidence until even small choices feel overwhelming.

My coaching starts by asking what's really driving you. Once you understand that, you can choose from who you are now, not from what you learned to do years ago. The decisions get clearer, and the big things start to feel like steps you can take one at a time.

There's never a wrong time for this. Whether you're in the middle of a change, or sensing one coming, coaching gives you clarity, resilience and the confidence to move.

How I coach

My job is to help you see your strengths clearly, get honest about what you want in your life and career, and build real confidence and self esteem along the way.

I listen closely and ask the questions that help you see what's driving you, so the change you visualise is built around who you actually are, not a generic blueprint for success.

I've worked with hundreds of people through career changes, relationship shifts and learning to set healthy boundaries, including parents balancing work and family. Whatever brings you here, my focus is the same: what you actually want, not what you think you should want.

Wherever you are, I can offer a fresh, informed perspective and help you see the patterns and beliefs that have become your biggest roadblocks, even if you have a strong support network around you. Sometimes the people closest to us are too close to see it.

Clients often describe the same shifts after working with me:

  • A better balance between work and life
  • Less fear, and fewer self limiting beliefs running the show
  • Stronger relationships with themselves, friends, partners and family
  • A kinder, more confident view of themselves
  • Clearer goals and a simple plan to reach them

LIFE COACH OF THE YEAR, 5 YEARS RUNNING

As a therapist, transformational speaker, trainer, and coach, I've helped thousands of people work through mental health challenges, addiction, fertility, confidence, and weight concerns. As head trainer at the RTT school, I've also trained thousands of therapists globally, taking this work everywhere from local clinics to international stages.

Therapist Coaching & Mentoring

What is therapist coaching?

Alongside my work helping clients through RTT, I'm equally passionate about helping other therapists succeed. Having seen RTT's impact first-hand, I want to help practitioners of every discipline bring the best of it to their own clients.

I built this service after training over 16,000 therapists as former head trainer at the RTT school, founded in 2015. As an RTC (Rapid Transformational Coaching) practitioner, I bring energy, honesty, and genuine investment in your success, whether you're building your practice from the ground up or already established and looking for ongoing mentoring, and I aim to fast-track you toward your full potential as a practitioner.

Who is this for?

This is for therapists new to the profession, returning to practice, or already established and looking for continued mentoring, whether that's building confidence with more complex cases, refining your approach, or simply having someone experienced in your corner as your practice grows.

Good therapists believe in themselves and practise what they preach. In the words of Napoleon Hill, each of us is what we are because of the dominating thoughts we permit to occupy our minds. In my experience, the therapists who thrive share the same patterns: self-belief, clear goals, consistent routines, self-care, and purposeful action. I'm here as your coach, your mentor, and your cheerleader, fast-tracking the business you've always wanted to build.

Nothing satisfies me more professionally than watching a therapist, whether brand new or years into practice, walk away with real purpose, knowing how many future clients that will go on to help.

What can therapists gain from therapist coaching and mentoring?

Starting or growing a practice is often overwhelming, and even experienced therapists hit points where they need outside perspective. I guide therapists at every stage through that uncertainty with step-by-step support and ongoing mentoring, drawn from building my own practice and two other businesses.

Every package is bespoke, shaped entirely around where you are and what you need, whether that's a defined programme to get you established or ongoing mentoring as your practice grows.

How much does it cost?

Every package is tailored to your specific needs and where you are in your practice, so pricing varies depending on the level of mentoring, coaching, and support involved. As a guide, packages typically range from £987 to £6,000.

Get in touch and we can talk through what would serve you best, whether that's a focused package to get you started or ongoing mentoring as your practice grows.

Clare seal testimonial

"Tina Gray has been amazing not only that, but I feel as though she's made RTT more understandable because there's been so much information out there from other graduates and how they do things. And so working with Tina, who has done this for a very long time, has helped piece it all together and make sense of it. I feel like I'm going to be getting ongoing support from Tina I would highly recommend anyone to go and see Tina. It's it will be a very, very good investment."

Corporate Coaching

About corporate coaching

Twenty-four years in the corporate world, much of it in high-pressure investment banking, gave me a first-hand understanding of the resilience that environment demands.

As a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist with that corporate background, I've helped many people build resilience at work and carry that strength into every other part of their lives, developing leadership skills, improving executive functioning, and reigniting professional motivation.

What is corporate coaching?

Corporate coaching goes beyond toughening people up to withstand pressure. It blends coaching, counselling, mentoring, and consultancy to help ambitious professionals reach their potential, then keep reaching further.

Unlike traditional therapy, this work is action-based, built to raise self-awareness and confidence, and tailored entirely to you, your skill set, and your position.

As a master therapist and head trainer at the RTT school, my three-month programme gives professionals best-in-class support to manage stress, prevent burnout, and keep making clear decisions under pressure, more essential than ever given how much the corporate world continues to shift.

How can corporate coaching improve workplaces and work lives?

My work often centres on holding up a mirror so you can see yourself more clearly and compassionately. Every programme is tailor-made, but common threads include:

  • Using mental and emotional energy more effectively
  • Managing stress and building resilience
  • Creating powerful habits for a positive mind
  • Leadership and relationship mastery
  • Increasing productivity and performance
  • Building a healthy work/life balance and a growth mindset

Why It Works

This isn't behaviour management. It's pattern reprogramming.

When the subconscious changes, emotional responses, stress tolerance and focus change with it. Automatically. That's why the results last.

"Early results from an employer pilot (2020, 2 UK companies, 11 sessions): 71% less anxiety, stress and depression, 66% less fatigue, 80% less fear and panic. Small pilot, early results. Pilot led by Dawn, trained by Tina Gray."

What can I offer?

Every programme runs across eight sessions and is built entirely around you, your role, and what you're working to change. There's no fixed script. Sessions typically move through coaching clarity and identifying key outcomes, Rapid Transformational Therapy and mindset repatterning, upgrading limiting beliefs, performance and leadership strategy, wellness and work life balance, and future pacing, closing with reflection on progress and embedding new, self-aware responses.

The path through those areas, and how much time each one needs, is shaped by what you bring into the room.

How much does it cost?

My standard corporate coaching packages range from 3k - 5k depending on individual needs, additional coaching after three months to be negotiated.

One of the main reasons for seeing Tina was not finishing projects, overthinking, overwhelming and not being able to focus on the task. This was holding me back and delaying the project causing further stress. I’m not only finishing tasks I’m enjoying my work again...

Workshops

About my workshops

I'm a master Rapid Transformational Therapist and teacher. Behind every habit, reaction and leadership style, there's something driving it. Sometimes it's purpose, passion and curiosity. Sometimes it's protection, proving yourself or fear. Most of us have never stopped to ask which. My workshops give you the space to pause, get curious about what's really driving you, and choose what happens next.

I've run them for teams of every size, from small office teams to groups online, on a wide range of topics. I also spent over 20 years in the corporate world, so I understand the pressure, the politics and the expectations that leaders carry, and what it costs to keep performing at that level. As head trainer under Marisa Peer, I trained thousands of practitioners, and I bring that same foundation to stress, confidence and the beliefs that quietly shape how we show up.

The Tina Gray Method

I combine coaching with subconscious work, so you understand what's driving you and realign with who you want to be. First we understand the driver, the good and the bad, because the same behaviour can come from very different places. Then we rewire the root, the belief that started the pattern. Then we realign, so you lead and live from what's true for you.

I've sat in the seat. After over 20 years in the corporate world, I know how capable people can look from the outside, and what's often going on underneath.

What can I offer?

Finding Your Inner Voice as a Leader

For leaders who look capable on the outside, and sometimes feel held back by a quiet voice on the inside.

Fear of judgement. Imposter moments. Overwhelm. Self doubt. In this workshop we ask a simple question: what has been driving me, and is it still serving me? We get curious about where that voice came from, what it's trying to protect, and whether it still reflects who you are. Expect real stories, some laughter, a little science, time to reflect, and a guided visualisation. You leave with awareness and a bit more self compassion, not a technique to memorise.

Confidence and Self Image
For anyone who knows they're capable, and still doesn't quite see it when they look in the mirror.

Most of us picked up our sense of who we are early on, from the things we heard, the things we saw, and the moments we decided what we were or weren't good enough for. In this workshop we look at what's driving the story you tell yourself, where it started, and whether it still fits. You'll leave with a clearer, kinder view of yourself, and a way to notice the old driver before it takes over.

How can my workshops help?

Whether it's the voice holding back your leadership or the picture you carry of yourself, we look at what's driving it, not just what it looks like. When you understand the driver, you have a choice.

How much does it cost?

Every workshop is shaped around the people in the room, so the price depends on your group and your goals. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.

Want one of these for your team or your event? Let's have a conversation about what's driving your people.
